Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Agentify website and platform at joinagentify.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Agentify provides an AI-assisted operating system for business research, offer development, asset generation, customer records, and marketing operations. Features are provided as they exist at the time of use and may change as the product develops.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for any business you represent in the platform.
• You may not share access in a way that circumvents plan limits.

Your content

You retain ownership of the material you put into the platform and of the outputs generated for your workspace. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that material in order to operate the service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you upload, and for how you use the outputs.

AI-generated output

The platform uses AI models to produce research, recommendations, copy, and other assets. These outputs can contain errors or omissions and are provided for your review — they are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for checking outputs before relying on them or publishing them.

Connected accounts and advertising

Where you connect a third-party account such as a Meta advertising account, you authorise the platform to act on that account for the features you use. Advertising objects the platform creates are paused by default; activating a campaign starts real advertising spend and requires your explicit confirmation. You remain responsible for all advertising spend, for the content of your ads, and for complying with the connected platform's own policies.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not use it to generate deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading material, or to impersonate any person or organisation.
• Do not attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or its security controls.

Fees

Paid plans and engagements are billed as described at the point of purchase. Third-party costs you incur — such as advertising spend on a connected ad account — are yours and are billed by that provider, not by us.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where required to protect the service or its users.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where appropriate, notified in the application.
