Privacy Policy

Agentify ("we", "us") builds and operates AI operating systems for businesses, including the Agentify platform at joinagentify.ai. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Who this applies to

This policy covers visitors to our website and users of the Agentify platform application, including the connected-integration features described below.

Information we collect

• Account information. Email address and password credentials, handled by our authentication provider. We never store passwords in plain text.
• Workspace content. The material you create or upload in the platform — research notes, offers, documents, generated assets, contacts, files, and messages you exchange with the AI agents.
• Contact records. If you use the CRM or capture leads through a funnel you publish, we store the contact details submitted (such as name, email, and phone number) on your behalf.
• Usage data. Basic operational records such as model-call token counts, feature usage, and error logs, used to run and debug the service.

How we use information

• To provide the platform's features — running research, generating documents and assets, managing your CRM and campaigns.
• To authenticate you and keep your workspace data separated from other customers'.
• To monitor reliability, debug failures, and measure usage of the service.
• To communicate with you about your account when necessary.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workspace content to train our own models.

Third-party services we use

The platform passes data to a small number of processors strictly to deliver the features you request:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and server-side functions (hosting your account and workspace data).
• Anthropic — the AI models that power research, drafting, and agent features. Prompts and relevant workspace context are sent to generate responses.
• Apify — web search and public-data collection used by the research features.
• Meta Platforms — where you connect a Meta ad account, we read campaign and performance data and, at your direction, create or modify advertising objects.
• Netlify — website and application hosting.

Connected accounts and advertising data

If you connect a Meta advertising account, we access it only to provide the features you have asked for: reading campaign, ad set, and performance data, and creating or updating advertising objects when you instruct us to. Objects the platform creates are paused by default, and activating a campaign — which starts advertising spend — always requires an explicit confirmation from you. We do not use your advertising data for any purpose other than operating these features for you, and you can disconnect the integration at any time.

Data retention and deletion

We keep workspace data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual records, workspaces, or connected integrations from within the platform at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the address below and we will action it.

Security

Access to workspace data is restricted at the database level so that each account can reach only its own records. Credentials for third-party services are held as encrypted server-side secrets and are never exposed to the browser.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.

Children

The platform is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the application.
